Images of Mexico City.

Mientras vagaba por el D.F. / While Wondering Through El Deh Effeh (2005), is a self published signed limited edition of 500 books, trim size is 5 1/4″ x 7 1/4″, with 96 pages, 55 B&W photos with titles and captions in English and Spanish. Images were taken in Mexico City. The book is “ a visual documentation in the shape of a pedestrian journey, most of all inspired by the intimate relationship I have with Mexico.” (Faustinus Deraet)

About the Author 
Born in Antwerp, Belgium, Faustinus grew up and lived most of his life in Mexico City. He obtained a Bachelor’s in Computer Systems from the Universidad Iberoamericana and after working for six years at IBM, he returned to school for his photography degree at “Escuela Activa de Fotografia”. In 1999, he moved to Austin, Texas and began devoting himself solely to art photography. Faustinus was named one of the Top 10 Artists to Watch For in 2004 by the Austin Chronicle. His work is part of the Wittliff Gallery of Southwestern and Mexican Photography Collection in San Marcos, Texas,
