Los Angeles City Hall Walkway to Display Historical Images by Press Photographers Association of Greater Los Angeles

The PPAGLA in conjunction with Los
Angeles City Councilman Tom LaBonge office is proud to announce the Grand Opening of the PPAGLA Historical Photo Exhibit starting Wednesday, March 6 – March 31, 2013 along the City Hall Walkway.
The photographs represent the last 75-years of work by members of PPAGLA photographing throughout Los Angeles and the world. Images within the Exhibit include numerous Historical Pulitzer Prize winning images by award-winning photographers including Nick Ut (Associated Press Los Angeles) of ‘Napalm Girl’,
David Hume Kennerly (Pres. Ford photographer/Vietnam War images) and Boris Yaro (Los Angeles Times- ret.) image of a slain Robert Kennedy Jr at the Ambassador Hotel.
The Historical Photo Exhibit is a collaboration between Press Photographers
Association of Greater Los Angeles, Office of Councilman Tom LaBonge and Curator Sara Cannon, City Hall Bridge Gallery, City of Los Angeles.
