Los próximos días 17, 18 y 19 de junio tendrá lugar la VIII edición de Madrid de Cine-Spanish Film Screenings, un evento diseñado como plataforma internacional de promoción del cine español que ha conseguido posicionarse, como cita indispensable, en el calendario de los mercados internacionales. El objetivo principal de este mercado es fomentar las ventas internacionales de nuestro cine y dar a conocer, a la prensa internacional especializada, las novedades que serán estrenadas próximamente en sus países de origen.
Esta octava edición está organizada por FAPAE (Confederación de productores audiovisuales españoles) y cuenta con el apoyo del ICAA (Instituto de la Cinematografía y de las Artes Audiovisuales), ICEX, España Exportación e Inversiones, la Comunidad de Madrid, a través de la Vicepresidencia, Consejería de Cultura y Deportes y Portavocía de Gobierno, el Ayuntamiento de Madrid, a través del Área de Las Artes, Deportes y Turismo, y EGEDA (Entidad de Gestión de Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales).
