Judy Host
Visions of Light: Learning to Recognize Light Quality
Understanding how to create and use light in photographs is one of the most important elements in creating beautiful images. Quality of light, whether it’s natural or created using lighting modifiers, is crucial, as is the lens one uses to capture a subject. In this session, Judy will teach attendees how to build a solid understanding of light quality and lens options to help them develop a unique personal style.

Grace & Balance: Understanding the Importance of Composition in Your Imagery
Image composition is crucial to conveying emotion in an image, using leading lines, light placement, exposure and lens perspective to add impact. When using images to tell a story, photographers must capture or create an entire scene, and lenses are an integral part of that creative process.
