Drops Splashes and Crashes Workshop

Hosted by California Photography Center

Learn several ways to bring life to liquids and create show-stopping drama with your camera.
This hands-on workshop with Frank Peele is on May 18 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Bring your camera, a lens in the range of 70 -120 mm (35mm equivalent; a macro lens is preferred but not absolutely necessary), memory cards, batteries, remote shutter release and a tripod. You’ll have a blast creating one-of-a-kind photographs that go way beyond what you can see with the unaided eye.
Outline
After brief introductory remarks, students will receive hands-on instruction in photographing water droplets, objects dropped into water, and glasses of colored water crashing together to create “liquid art”.
